So i wanted to get some feedback i had on a business idea and couldn’t think of a better place than UKBride! I’m interesting in creating a social media app for brides-to-be/newlyweds. It’ll be like Bumble but for women getting married instead of dating. It’ll be to find other women in the same situation so they can talk about planning, dresses, drama, etc. As I’ve realised, not everyone has got people around them who are excited/want to discuss weddings all the time and sometimes it’s just nice to have people in the same position as you (especially if all your friends are single!). Would really appreciate honest feedback, this is just in the idea stage at the min so I won’t be offended if you think it’s naff!!
This is a great idea!! I have nobody to talk wedding plans that are as excited as me! My friend is getting married and planning her big day and whenever I bring up my wedding plans she moans that I’m taking away from her plans and making it about me. Other friends just don’t match my vibe haha! It’s all yea that sounds nice or, thats so expensive you don’t want to be doing that or look at that venue or you don’t need that many bridesmaids … so yes!! Great idea
