Good afternoon lovely brides to be. I’m after experience of getting deposits back due to covid cancellations- our original venue is charging £850 and the hairdresser is refusing to refund the deposit of £100 - has anyone successfully managed to get a full refund or did you have to go to a small claims court for this?
