Damaged dress

Hi everyone I recently got married and it was beautiful. I wanted to ask for advice as i did have trouble with my dress. It was a fit and flare with an over skirt, applique on tulle. When i put the dress on that morning and my sister was attaching the overskirt, we noticed there was no loop to complete the attachment. We made a make shift one but ir kept coming out throughout the day. I had off the shoulder straps made but one was too tight making them lop sided and popped off if i moved my arms even slightly ( when i was at my dress fitting they were still pinned on and I wasn't offered to try it on again after and I didnt think too much about it) i couldn't wear the straps. After the ceremony we went to the marque and had photos but my tulle kept coming away from the font of my dress, ripping the applique off it was really weird as the dress length was fine. By early evening rhe bottom of the dress was in shreads, we had only had a 1st dance and father daughter dance. Anyway I worked up the courage to let the dress shop know what had happened, they said the straps were fine and i seemed happy at my final fitting, the loops are desifned not to be seen, and the dress bottom has nevwr happened before, they said they reveived the desigers check list of the dress and everything was fine when it was made. Which made me think then was it the alterations that made the dress nor quite right? They offered me £100 as a good will gesture. I am not sure what I should do, I need to repair the bottom regardless and was expecting some wear and tear but not to this level. I am just very sad about the straps and mostly the missing loop as this had an effect on the dress. I know thia isnlong winded but I thought it was worrh a shot to get some advice, should I just ignore it, take the good will gesture or ask them to fix the dress? Thanks
