Email them, but working in hospitality in the past there are so many vouchers for a certain limit for each guest as some people take the piss when they hear free bar

We had printed some vouchers and gave them to people to use as payment at the bar. The bar staff were told that they can get pints, bottles, small glass of wine or single spirits and take tokens as payment. Next morning we were given the tokens used together with the list of drinks used to purchase with the tokens and pay for them next day. That way you have a bit more control of how many drinks people are having and what you will be paying. Otherwise some people may take advantage.

Being a former wedding coordinator for a hotel, what I told my couples when they wanted a free bar was to choose a variety of drinks that their guests can have complimentary throughout the day. I would then make a little menu list and dot them around the bar area and event space for your guests to see. That way no one can take the piss and order whatever they want. xx

I've been to a wedding where you're just given a cut out piece of paper with token written on. The drinks only apply for a selected drink e.g. one glass of wine or a pint. A spirit and mixer might be two tokens. Anything else you pay for

You can buy rolls of drinks vouchers from morrisons or the pound shop

Basically you come up with a deal with your venue, regarding what type of drinks you want to offer the guests and then you'll pay for a set number of drinks, which will then be converted to some type of token that you will then dish out to your guests who will then be able to get the drinks for exchange of token. It's just to stop the bar tab getting to ridiculous amounts as some people will take advantage. Same as if you was to make a "free" bar but you only put a set amount behind the bar like 2k some people will take advantage and get crazy drunk and some people might only be able to get one drink. It's just to sort of ensure all your guests get the same amount.

Hiya, I have worked in hotels and worked weddings etc, basically you give them to people to ensure not just a couple of people drink the entire bar tab there will be a price limit on the drinks usually ie house spirit, glass of wine beer etc

They can't discuss but they're happy to take your money I'd be pushing a bit further for what you need xx

My dad printed us out drinks vouchers with what drinks were allowed. Everyone got 2 vouchers.

We had welcome drinks available to start with, which were handed out and printed our own vouchers and gave each guest a set amount, that they could exchange for a single shot with mixer, a pint, glass of wine, shot or soft drink. We knew roughly what we were in for and people didn't order anything they wanted or worse, get a drink leave it laying around un drunk and just go get another. Which sadly happens far too much with a free bar. Once the used there tokens they could buy there own. We gave different amounts to different people also and my husband and I kept a stash on us incase we needed anymore. Our bill was half what we expected as people respected it more xx
