Wearing in show help

I am getting married in just over two weeks and I'm just starting to wear in my shoes a bit (court heels not to big) I don't wear heels slots and dreading being in pain is there any tips on marking them more comfortable I have put gel pads in them already but it's rubbing on the top of my foot
