Catering help!

Hi brides! My wedding is just over a month away, and my fiancé and I are struggling with catering ideas. The food itself is sorted (will be a buffet), but the venue is non-catered, therefore we have to figure out how to get the food from the portable chiller onto the buffet tables. We can't ask any guests to do this as it would be unfair on them to miss parts of the wedding, and although we would want to do it ourselves it's not really possible as we'll be preoccupied with the ceremony or photos whilst the food needs to be laid out. Does anyone know any catering services which do not include food and aren't super expensive? I think the easiest and possible only option is hiring a few people to do this for us. TIA!
