To thank or not to thank!

Hi everyone i got married 6 months ago, we went away for a week straight away, it was the Xmas and new year, then we went on a 3 week honeymoon in the new year. Then life just exploded and we never got round to sending our thank you cards. We thanked everyone on the day and the day after personally. I know it sounds silly but do you think it’s a little too late to send them or is it never too late to send a thank you! Just feel some family members are holding it against us!
