I am getting married in Aug 2020 at a hotel, ceremony and breakfast in 1...

I am getting married in Aug 2020 at a hotel, ceremony and breakfast in 1 room with drinks reception in between whilst they change tables around etc then evening reception in a bigger suite, I will have outside decorators coming in to set up balloons etc but I keep worrying that there will be things I need to set up myself e.g. centre pieces that I'm bringing myself the question is who sets up your little bits you want doing are you to do it yourself or is 1 of your wedding party to do it or am I cheeky in thinking the hotel staff would do it as I'll be busy getting ready before the ceremony then will be having photos taken before the wedding breakfast and inbetween the night time reception
