Hi, I need advice. So my nan gave me her wedding ring, which really touched me and i would want it but people have said it looks odd because i have platinum engagement ring and the wedding ring is normal gold and its really chunky. I still love it because it's got a lot of meaning to me. I was wondering if you guys think i should still keep it even though the comments have made me feel weird about wearing it. Thanks

The problem is it will rub your wedding and engagement ring need to be same material otherwise will wear them down. Maybe have it to wear on any finger
Hi, sorry to say others are right. Both your rings have to be the same, because they will rub and wear done to quickly if not careful. I have had the same, but going with the poem, ( something old, something blue, something borrowed and something new) I'm going to have my family ring on my bouquet for the day. That way i still have it on for the special moment. My family is ok with it. It means something to me and them for me to just have it with me. Im sure ur gran will understand too.
