We had little wooden names from Confetti Print, super cute and most people still tell me they’ve got them now a year later!

It’s not cheap to go through a company to do this as you have to pay for setup each time.
We went for favours with little bottles like this and put a tag around all nicely done with calligraphy. They will have gin in

I had heart pegs that I wrote guests' names on and used as name/place settings. I pegged them on their glasses. People still have them and I got married 4 years ago

We've got a photobooth for our reception and it comes with 100 wedding favours. they are keyrings/magnets and the photos of the guests are put in on the day. Not cheap if you weren't planning the photobooth, but if you are then have a look for deals :D

It might depend on the size of the wedding, but friends of ours did random post cards with a little personal note on for each guest. Which was really lovely.

I'm thinking of buying little wooden boxes (you can buy them off ebay or amazon) and then you can either write the guest's initals on the top or if you have a wood burning tool, you can do a pyrography design on the top xx
