I was really struggling as I wanted deep burgundy dresses for an adult and child bridesmaid. Eventually went to a stockist of Venus dresses this weekend and managed to order in the colour I wanted and the dresses came in both adult and junior. Proper chuffed but spent more than I expected 🙈

I got mine on eBay. Made to fit for £45 pound per dress so no worrying about getting them altered.

We got our bridesmaids their dresses from JJ's House. Really good quality, a huge range of colours and sizes are pretty accurate (we only had to have a minor tweaking by a dressmaker in the bust area). I would advise getting some samples of colours you like first though so you can choose with confidence as online pictures of colours aren't always true to life.

We ordered 3 different styles and sent 2 back for a full refund. JJ's House will also e-mail you a returns label and just knock £3 off your refund, which is far cheaper than sending them via Royal Mail, so a it's a really easy returns process too!

Our bridesmaids looked stunning on the day and were really pleased with their dresses. :-)

Depends what you're after but I got two of my bridesmaids dresses from etsy - they're velvet multiway dresses and they were beautiful we also got extra green material to make two cravats for husband and brother in law! I had absolutely no say in my wee sister's outfit!
