running and dress fitting

Anyone tried to loose weight running, found that they their upper abdomen widened?? I bought my dress last 12months ago, on dress fitting it still fit hips nice, boobs nice, but was tight just under boobs. I don’t understand. (I lost weight, gained weight, lost weight, am same size as originally got dress, but still running)

Cardio does little for shaping your body. I dropped inches on my waist after I started weight training. Running requires you to breathe deeply so it may be that your ribs are sitting differently to allow for this (although that theory is a stab in the dark)

Have you strengthened your core muscles through running? Depends how active you were before

Running was the worst exercise for me. HIIT training is great for shaping and much better for you overall. Check out Joe Wicks Bodycoach videos in YouTube, they’re free.

Body can change shape even if same size I did a lot of running but never lost any weight with it but my calves got bigger. As a result but was same weight and size everywhere else. It might be your core you have strengthened.

Definitely do weights to change body shape

Weights and resistance training are your friends for weight loss. Make sure you take time to focus on all areas so weight is encouraged away as evenly as possible. (I'm losing weight ready for my wedding! Good luck!)
