I actually found a website that do AMAZING tipis, I love this idea for the wedding breakfast and evening do, but need somewhere for the ceremony. I also don’t know what venues would allow to work along side the tipi. I’m looking to get married one nortumberland or Scotland

If your just wanting to use the tipi and external caterers i would suggest cuddystone hall in wooler... it's £900 to hire for three days and it is literally in the middle of nowhere with spectacular views.
There's not much in the hall itself but there's no one to complain about noise !

I've been to a wedding in a tipi and it looked gorgeous but it was so uncomfortable and cold you couldn't dress up and feel like your at a wedding check what heating and chairs are available before booking

We found a camp site out of season in October they gave us the site for a full week. We are just having a blessing in the tepee and getting legally married At the town hall

We've got a tipi wedding this year if you get married in Scotland then you can legally get married outside by a celebrant (you can't in England ) so you could pitch up anywhere you like as long as you find the landowner. Only thing I'd recommend is looking for somewhere with a power source and toilets, as it just makes it a bit easier x

There are a few venues about that may allow you to construct one? I know of a venue in kent(not much use I know) that has a tipi up year round connected to a building. Might be worth looking on apps and websites to see.

I visited and got a brochure recently from a place in Northumberland called high house farm brewery, they allowed tipis

I want a tipi wedding too so badly! I’m in Buckinghamshire and I’ve found hiring a feild so expensive! 1700 for a day and you need for 3 days for set up and packing down. My next step is to ask local farmers or check out small local camp sights, that way you won’t need to hire toilets because all campsites will have them! Hope you fine a perfect spot to have your special day!
