My partner and I have been together for 15 years and would like to make things official but with as little fuss as possible.. Any suggestions?
Registry office and a nice meal to celebrate.
Registry office ceremony and most pubs will give you a free reception for a certain amount to cover the bar (its usually not much because guests buy alcohol through the night)
Some registry offices are gorgeous im getting married at Merton registry office and my sister got married in The marble room in Hammersmith
Elope! It’s the most stress free kind of wedding I can think of
Get married on the beach just the 2 of you! 🥰
My boss went to Jamaica just her n her hubby they had a lovely time and didn’t tell anyone till they were back could always just ave a party wen u get back? Gretna we loved it just family & freinds but you could do just witnesses
A guy I worked with looked around for nice looking registry offices as some are quite dreary. Picked one and they got married with just two of them there and then had reception couple of weeks later.
We are getting married at Cragwood Country House Hotel in the Lake District. It is a ‘just us’ wedding package. Perfect
I went to Australia and got married on a beach. Had a nice meal afterwards. Perfect. No fuss
Either elope just the two of you with maybe just a couple of witnesses... or do small registry office (we had only 8 guests at the ceremony) and a nice meal afterwards.
