What are people ideas on table names? Just doing one, two, three is a bit...

Unfortunately I am a bit boring and sticking to table 1,2,3 etc
But you could do holidays places you and your Fiance have been to together, favorite movies - I am not sure really sorry haha!

I've seen some lovely one two three table names with pictures of the bride and groom at this age on them. Also significant dates as names e.g. 2001 first met, 2017 proposal date, 2016 first holiday etc xx

Do you have a theme at all? Our centrepieces were rum and gin bottles with fairy lights/flowers and candles in so we named our tables rum and gin names - Gordon’s table, Captain Morgan’s table etc....

Me and my hubby are both scientists so we used famous scientist names:
Darwin (top table) Newton, Galileo and Flemming ❤️

You could put pictures of you and your so at certain ages. 0, first day of school, 18, 21,provoded you both have pictures of you both at the same age.

My fiancé owns and loves Massey Ferguson tractors, so our table names are Massey Ferguson models and yes we even have all the right model tractors to go on the tables! I hadn’t planned on getting all the model tractors and it was a slightly expensive but fun thing to do!

We had wine names.... Merlot, chardonnay, rioja, pinot etc etc
Champagne was top table.... I printed out pictures of wine bottles to write names on and stand on the tables...

Me & my husband decided to you destinations of where we had been on our travels, ie Ypres was the top table & on the other side of the card we had a pic of us in that destination. X

We did numbers but that meant something like.. 11 months engaged, 4years together and 8 wedding dresses tried on xx

I got married 2 years ago today!! We had reindeer names

We got engaged in New York so are having table names of places we went there, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building etc!

We got engaged on a cruise then went on our honeymoon with the same company so we had the name of cruise ships instead. We felt numbers seem a bit hierarchical x

We used our children’s names

My fiancé is half Italian, so we are naming tables from the places in Italy we have visited

Me and my h2b are bikers so we're using motorbike makes. Written all pretty and sparkly for me but the name is for him x

My partner is a football fan so we are naming ours after the top five managers it's also lucky that the wedding colours are the same as his team.

Were having a big bang themed wedding so using the names of the characters as table names xxx

We did "years" which were significant to us and put photos on the table related to the significance...i.e 2014 we had our first child so we had a new born photo of our daughter on table 2014
Our guests loved them and they made a good talking point during the meal

We did Harry Potter references, it was a running theme through the day.

We're planning to have author names.

We had names of roses for ours x

We had a seaside wedding and went for 'octopus', hermit crab', 'seal' and shark' :)

We are going with Rock bands

We got engaged at disney world, so used name's from their firework displays :)

We did the names of the Star Wars films as my husband loves star wars and we had bits of star wars throughout the wedding so for example our top table was called A New Hope xx

Our table names are going to be Christmas days as we are getting married near Christmas.
