Looking for some advice ???? Our ceremony venue holds 70 guests seated and 30 standing (including myself, groom, photographer, registrar etc) Do we only invite 70 guests and risk upsetting some friends and family that we’d like at the ceremony or do we invite more and tell all guests that some may have to stand so it’s basically a first come first served or do we just not mention the fact some might have to stand? ????
I would invite up to the limit and mention it’s first come first serve and possibly put reserved signs for main wedding party so no one takes those spaces! Paperchase have some lovely reserved signs! xx
