There are various things you can save on, but you’ll have to acknowledge you’ll need to compromise on some things. The venue and food will be the most expensive things: you can hire local halls very cheaply, or some venues that are new to weddings will have lower fees; buffets are cheaper than sit-down meals; you can find beautiful wedding dresses on the high street or sale/sample dresses can be heavily reduced (be honest about your budget before you visit a bridal boutique and they will usually try to show you only dresses within your price range).
