I want my sister to be my maid of honour and I was thinking therefore to ask my best friend to be chief bridesmaid I know it’s basically the same thing but I like the idea they both have different titles. What is everyone else’s plans or is anyone struggling to decide?!

I have 2 bridesmaids and that’s it... no maid of honour or matron blah blah blah, they are just by my side!

I was having both my sisters and my best friend as bridesmaids but now my sister is being fiances best woman (we met through her and they have been best friends for over 10 years) so now I'm not having any titles for my other sister and best friend but they will be going down the isle with one of our children each!

I have my sister, my best friend and my sister in law to be and didn't want to choose a maid of honour so they are all titled bridesmaid to be fair

There’s nothing wrong with having two MOHs (whether you prefer to call them the same or have different titles). You should ensure they’re both aware you’re having two when you ask, to avoid any surprises. I’d also let them know if you want them to have different duties, or if the duties will be the same but just the names will be different.
