Have a dream wedding at the church my partners mother and sister are buried as two years ago he lost his mum/best friend to cancer and has never been the same he said it won’t be the same but having her in our hearts and where she is buried is close enough especially his sisters

put your flower bouquet on the grave and hubby can put his buttonhole flower on grave too that would be nice to in clude them in wedding
