Uk law specifies you need to get married (legal bit) in a permentant structure with a roof. A lot of venues offer various types of pavilions in their gardens for civil ceremonies and you only need to be under cover for the legal section, the rest of the ceremony can be conducted out of the structure to make it easier for your photographer to capture some great images.
