My wedding is booked for September 2020 would u say it's to early to get quotes on things like makeup hair and photography ?
Mine is May 2020, and I've booked the venue, registrar and photographer. Meeting booked with a florist in September. I just made sure I brought wedding insurance beforehand (due to it being so far away) but had to wait to 2 year countdown to buy it. But it's worth it to us to save any worry!
Not at all, it’s good to know what you’re looking at price wise. I even found my dress two years before my wedding, it’s just the way it goes sometimes. Just remember, enjoy the experience!
Never too early
Photographer, cars and florist get booked up early so nope go for it!
August 2020 for us and we have booked venue, registra, photographer and cake. Looking at florists
Definitely not photographer, they get booked up really fast! x
Definitely book now 🙂. We've had some suppliers already say no because they're booked!
Never too early! Many have bookings up to 2020 so get in early x
Yeah mines September 2020, I have got a few quotes just to start sorting out the budget.
Mine is April 2020 and I have got quotes and booked a lot of stuff already x
No I have booked and paid deposit for reception hair make up photographer and cars and have my wedding dress sorted and my wedding not until July 2020 and have cake deposit paid
My one is July 2020 and I am looking around too.
My wedding is on Saturday and got engaged two years ago this weekend too. We went to a wedding fair that November after finding our venue and booked a photographer, cake, dj, and wedding car. So it’s never too early. Good Luck with it all.
Definitely start now. We were advised when booking ours that if we secured prices and paid deposits the year before we would avoid increases in costs which occur in the wedding business every January. Lots of popular make up artists and photographers are booked well in advance too so avoid disappointment by sorting yours ASAP x
I'm August 2020 and we have our venue, photography and entertainment booked as well as other things so never to early... We knew who and where we wanted so booked to make sure we got them... Especially in the middle of the summer!
Never to early things book up so fast dont want to lose out xx good luck planning xx
No, you might manage to secure some 2018 prices. X
We are March 2020 and have sorted venue, registrar, photographer and some of the entertainment. We are getting our flowers from california as I have fallen in love with her work and the package is really good money including delivery to Newcastle UK. We will pay for these about August nxt yr. Just worried about when to buy my dress incase I get it too early then hate it lol
No book everything now at least you’ll know how much you need to save x
I have booked the venue registrar and photographer for July 2020. I wanted to do it now so that I got the places and people that I wanted so I would definitely say it’s not to early xx
No. My wedding is July 2020 and ive already booked and got the venue, registrar, cake, cars, photographer, videographer, choc fountain, selfie mirror, venue decor, guest book, DJ, make up and hair, florist, my wedding ring as it came with engagement ring and a few other bits and bobs x
Mine is July 2020 and I’ve already put deposits down for cake/photography etc etc. Xxx
On the flip side I wouldn’t do everything early as I’ve found my mind has changed a lot as I’ve found and seen new ideas!
Definitely a good idea to start early! My wedding is Feb 2020 and we are not the richest people so it helps to spread the cost when things are booked rather then having to find the cash all at once. Plus you can spend more time near your wedding on the extra little things rather then worrying about mandatory stuff. Hope you have fun arranging everything :) x
Mine is October 2020 and we've pretty much got all the big stuff booked and quotes for the smaller stuff, means we know how much to save.
Ours is May 2020.....registrar booked, wedding venue and evening venue . Photographer sorted, dress bought, groom and bm suits bought.
No I’m getting married in November 2020 an I’ve already booked my venue, venue dresser, photographer and my wedding cake. If you want a certain person or venue you have to get them early, if you leave it then you will be disappointed if they are booked up on your wedding day. Get them booked. Xx
I’m getting married 1st July 2020!
When is it a good time to get measured for a wedding dress? Any ideas people.
never too early my wedding will be august 2021 and ive got nearly all my quotes will start paying for everything aswell. (im just going to do my make up myself and ask my friend or family to do hairs will be cheaper and i know they do well as they do hair all the time) x
Have you thought of an app for your guests to share their photos of your day? I hear wedbox is good.
My wedding is June 2020 and we have booked venue, registrar, photographer, cake, and make up (entertainment is included in venue) x
