No, as the evening guests would never get to see THE dress.

No, I love my dress way too much. But I am planning on having a second beautiful dress which is shorter and lighter just in case I get dress fatigue later in the evening. I've heard from so many people that they were exhausted around 8/9pm and wished that they had another dress to change into. So I've seen a beautiful embroidered tea length dress and that's going to be my back up. If I really feel like I HAVE to change then at least I have an option.

I’ve got two!! Day time dress will be restrictive once I’ve eaten/drank bubbly and want to dance! However I live close to house of mooshki’s head office so snapped up two sample dresses for under £1700. Day time dress had an rrp of £2100 so I did well!! X

I would say it depends on when you’re getting married! I got married on Saturday just gone and it was 30 degrees, so whilst my long sleeved lace dress was stunning... by the early evening I was so overheated that I just wanted to go home. In that situation I think a second lighter dress would’ve been ideal. Might be worth having one even if you don’t wear it I’m sure you could sell / wear it elsewhere anyways

I got married in a tea length gown, so it was comfortable all day. I did end up taking my spanx off, after lunch though. (don't worry, I had lacy knickers on underneath.)

No, why would I spend a load of money, for my dream dress, to only change out of it half way through the day?

I had to change or I wouldn't have managed my first dance. Loved my wedding dress but it just didn't work with a Viennese waltz so got a tea length dress for the evening which fitted with our 50s rock and roll band!

Our wedding was last Friday and it was sweltering hot. So I bought a Great Gatsby style flapper dress and changed once all the evening guests had seen me in my day dress. It did make a big difference so I could relax and chat to guests and move more easily. X

I bought a seperate dress but never got changed as I loved my dress too much, plus the day just runs away from you, before you know it, its over!

No way! I know people do but I am very happy with my dress and love it so much I have warned H2B that I might want to sleep in it!

Ive been looking at convertable dresses so its longer more flowy for the day and then shorter for the night, but then again my favourite dress so far i wouldnt want to change out of x

I got married on Saturday, the heat was tremendous and my dress was massive, but I loved my dress way too much to change it. I had it on until about 1:30am and even then didn’t want to take it off

I'm thinking of a 2 in 1 :)

Before I got the dress I did I was very close to purchasing a dress that had a top that went over the dress which was more elegant for the ceremony and then for the reception I was thinking I could of taken the top off which was then a love heart neckline which I felt would of been better suited, and I wasn’t paying out for 2 dresses. So maybe think about accessorising before buying 2 dresses you only wear it for one day

But then of course I fell in love with an entirely different dress ️ xx

I bought 2 dresses and ended up dancing so much and just having a good time it was far too late before I even thought about getting changed into my evening one- ended up wearing my second dress on my honeymoon as I was going on a cruise so could get dressed up. Quite glad I wore my first wedding dress all day though as it was a princess sort of dress and definitely just suited the occasion all day and night. I’d advise spending as much time as poss with family and friends letting your hair down rather than getting changed as the day goes so fast, but really is up to you Hope this helps!

I had a tea length dress with a princess style overskirt. After the ceremony, the skirt came off and I had a lot more movement and freedom and it looked like two gorgeous dress even though I didn't buy two. X

I wish I had, I was thinking that I'd NEVER want to take my dress off it it was so uncomfortable, heavy and I was so hot!!, I struggled in the evening because I just wanted to take it off and spent most of the night sat down, I loved the dress but by the end of the day I hated it so much

I bought 2 dresses as we have a ceilidh in the evening and thought having a long dress with a train would end badly! Plus we are having a small wedding but extending the celebrations by having pub crawls as we have friends around the UK who can't make it or aren't that close to for the actual day but still want to celebrate with them so I get to use the second dress twice (a short dress from chichi London)

I got married in august 2016 and it was so hot and had a huge princess dress on. I wore it all day from about 12.30 til I think 3.30am. I still hated taking it off!

I'd said absolutely not until I got married last weekend. I had a full princess dress and it was extremely hot! I had no choice but to change as I was absolutely boiling. However if it hadn't been so hot I would have stayed in it all day and night

I have a tea length dress for he reception and a huge overskirt for be ceromony. So I can feel like a princess for the wedding and have the same dress just more 'me' and easier to dance in for he party

I did as my dress had a train. I waited until the evening guests arrived then got changed. Wedding dresses can be heavy and after wearing one for hours you will be only to glad to get changed.

I'm very fortunate that my dress is a 2 in 1 with two very different looks for day and evening! Had I not had this option though I wouldn't change as my wedding dress will only be worn once so I want to make the most of wearing it! :-)
