So I'm actually hoping to gain a slight bit of weight for my wedding to hopefully look more fitting in the dress would anybody have any advice? I know most want to lose weight but I'm hoping I'm not the only one who wants to gain around a stone...

I'm a very small size 8 and have no boobs or bum so I'm with you on this! I feel quite privileged to have a real reason to eat cake as much as I like though

Carbs are good for weight gain. Bread, pasta and rice etc etc

Look at fortifying your meals so you don’t consciously feel the extra calories. X

enjoy whatever food you want but keep your exercise levels up so it still looks toned rather than doughy x

Protein! Lots of protein! Protein Shakes, protein bars, milk, yoghurt, nuts, cottage cheese, chicken, turkey. Brown rice and brown bread rather than white. Eat little and often. Try to avoid sugars and bad fats - you want to put on lean mass, not fat. If you have time to work out, then weights are a good way to help put on weight. Stick to low weights and lots of reps for a lean look (heavy weights will add bulk/muscle)

I'm in a similar position. I've been getting stressed and losing weight. Peanut butter is a great way to put on weight. Especially peanut butter iced cream. Xxx

Exercise along with a small calorie surplus (250/500) a day. Hit protein fats and carbs and calorie goals. MFP is a great tool to keep on track.

Try lots of good regular exercise! Do weights etc muscle mass weighs more than fat and i'm sure you would rather look toned than flabby on your big day.

I was going to have the dress brought in obviously if I didn't gain the weight on time I just didn't really want to look like skin and bone on the day because im a small size 6... and thank you everyone for the input I'll take it all into action ❤
