I’d say try not to overthink it. Don’t assume it has to be a traditional “first dance” song, if it means something to you then it doesn’t matter what kind of song it is. We’re using “the next storm” by frank turner which is upbeat and far from traditional but the lyrics mean something to us x

We using just the way you are by Barry white. Words mean certain things to us.

I would agree! We aren’t going for the soppy traditional, but something that suits our personalities and, we think everyone will crack up when they hear it...and totally agree it’s us! We are having “you’re in love with a Psycho” by kasabian! 😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 x
