Me and my h2b are discussing flowers and what we may need in the church. However we are both unsure what to have other than flowers at the end of pews. Is there any other places flowers people would recommend in the church????

There would usually be flowers on either side of the Altar.

At the end of the pews you could have bows instead of flowers. Traditionally there is flowers at the alter but again you don't have to have anything if you don't want to.

You don't need to have flowers you could have lanterns with candles in or bows etc.

My daughter had decorated jars with flowers on the pew ends and cherry trees at the beginning and end of the isle it looked beautiful 😊

I would recommend speaking with the church - my local church always has beautiful flowers all year round and when my cousin married there she didn't pay for any extras from a florist due to this fact!

We are having flowers on the rood screen and possibly on the font (which is at the start of the aisle). No pew flowers.. . They don't get seen by anyone once seated, whilst the whole ceremony is in front of the screen and will be in all the ceremony photos.

With regard to the table where you sign. I got a great tip instead of buying flowers just for that table use your bouquet as it saves the extra expense and looks good
