I got married on Saturday and I was going to but decided not to. Best decision I made! You need to be as comfortable as possible as it's a long day and depending on your dress you need comfy underwear so it's easy to take them off because going to the toilet is hard work 😂
I got helped out of my dress and then I went to 'freshen up' as I couldn't wear what I wanted to under my dress xx

To be honest i am more worried about all those tiny buttons on my dress that he will have to open to get me out ( having sampled beer or 3) But ive gone for nice lacetop hold up stockings & new lacey pants & a corset.. Just hope i dont fall sleep or get visit from mother nature like i did on my 1st wedding night... (Gonna ask Dr for tablet to hold her off, just incase.. )lol.

I'm wearing shape wear underneath my dress, mainly because I want something underneath to stop my thighs rubbing and my eczema flaring. Plus I think it'll be more comfortable than the sexy lingerie

I wore comfortable pants! Nice ones but comfort was a definite must as my dress was pretty uncomfortable and hold ups, I didn't find them uncomfortable but I'm used to them as I wear them everyday instead of tights. LOL there was no 'wow factor' on the wedding night 1) we were both exhausted and 2) I was more like get this f@#*¥ng! thing off me rather than a sexy strip tease!

I had knickers which were a compromise between sexy n comfy. Not a silly thong but silky n lacey. I wore hold ups and no bra. I had something else to change into for the bedroom.

I can't wear a bra in my dress and need to be really careful about knicker outline with the slim fit of the skirt so I'm planning on changing into something after (plus I do not trust drunk groom with delicate lace he's got no chance being allowed to take it off me!) 🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈

I had a suck you in dress on under my wedding dress ... which I removed shortly after the ceremony .... my dress was loosened at the beginning of the evening reception (corset back ) ... it was hard enough to get comfortable as it was without having sexy underwear in the mix ... I brought some comfy knickers and had Mrs Hardman printed on them ... also getting your wedding dress off may not exactly be sexy depending on your dress and to be honest you will probably both be knackered .... we squeezed it in after the meal and before the evening reception then we didn't have to worry about being too drunk or tired lol

Haha! I forgot about lingerie so bought some 2 days before. Not a lot of bridal choice in late Dec I got matching bra and knickers but had the bra for the next say as didn't need it under my dress. Can't remember what I wore on my legs though x
