Hey guys! So to cut a long story short I got engaged a few years ago and in all the excitement asked my two best friends to both be my maids of honour as I couldn't choose between them. Since then I have really drifted from one of them. She never makes an effort to message me back anymore let alone arrange to see me. I have also found out through others that she is pregnant, yet she hasn't told me. Hearing that has been extremely hurtful as we were so close and I just don't know how you can be friends with someone who can't even tell you that they're pregnant. So obviously after all of this I no longer want her at my wedding let alone be my maid of honour but I don't know how to go about this. Do I just leave it as she never talks to me unless I start the conversation, or tell her how I feel and that I no longer want her there?
