Following! I'm wondering the same... my hairdreser has told me to use a conditioning treatment once a week but I'm clueless about my skin!

Plenty of water/staying hydrated, moisturising, lip scrubs and lip balms 🙂 can even make your own lip scrubs at home.

Cleanse tone use a serum and moisturise ever morning

I use a pore purifying cleanser, a rise water toner (as it's hydrating an anti inflammatory so get to work on those bags) I use a beauty serum an a moisturiser with SPF 20.

In evening double cleanse (one to remove make up and one to clean skin) tone and use a intense night cream

Twice a week use a face mask suite to your skin type

I've even using a new regime and over 4 weeks ive seen a huge difference

Lots of water, find a good skincare company such a Dermalogica or Liz Earle that have lots of active ingredients. Cleanse, tone and moisturize daily but remember that a change in skincare can lead to breakouts- sticking with it is key and starting a new skincare routine at least 3 months in advance is a good idea. Facial masks and exfoliation are good too. Once or twice a week exfoliate but no more than that as it can damage your skin and make it oily if you strip too much dead skin off. You could also try microdermabrasion. Hope this helps :). Would also like to add I know all of this because I am a fully qualified skin specialist and use this in my own skincare routine! :) xx

As above, but also brush your lips with a toothbrush to exfoliate your lips too. Also use lip balm to keep them moist.

What do you do at the minute? Like another post says, if you change what you do, you will get breakouts

I’ve always been a soap and water girl, I do use a light gel/cream in the morning but as it’s so light it sits nicely under make up

Personally, I’m not changing what I do, I dont want to breakout like a teenager again 😊

I went to clinique and they gave me some testers to try out, face wash, moisturiser and foundation. Been using them for 2 weeks and my skin looks better than it ever has. I'm just under 6 minths away from my wedding so I'm going to but the full sized versions of what they gave me and am switching up my diet. Lots of water and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Dr.Hauschka. All natural and organic. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise and do not exfoliate.

I wouldn’t change anything too much that you’re already doing in case it effects your skin! I cleanse and moisturise! I’ve managed to get a MUA for the day but still in two minds whether to bother?

Liz Earle cleanse and polish every morning and night followed by a good moisturiser - my skin has never looked so good

I'd cleanse (double cleanse in the evening) tone, serum or oil, moisturise and eye cream everyday.
Then 2-3 times a week exfoliate with either an acid such as the Alpha H Liquid Gold or a physical exfoliator, you could also do a mask once a week.

I recommend you start using a product containing retanol (Vit A). Its one of the most important ingredients in any skin care routine as it is what aids cell turnover and collagen and elastin production. I highly recommend Cosmedix Serum 16 containing 16% chirally correct encapsulated Vit A ( To be used at night under moisteriser). They also do an amazing exfoliating cleanser called purity clean that contains lactic acid and can be used daily. Cosmedix is a cosmeceutical brand that can only be bought in clinics or spas due to its high concentration of active ingredients. I am a skin therapist if anyone has any questions im happy to help x

I was told by make up artist moisturiser morning and night and a face pack at least once a week and drink lots of water daily for the six months leading to the wedding

Speak to your make up artist at your trial. I did and she helped me so much and it was targeted at me. The biggest one I did that I have kept up and I have received many compliments on was using a proper face moisturiser. Good luck and enjoy it! Xx

A beauty Timeline leading up to the wedding. I’m investing in a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser and will be having regular facials. Also using whitening toothpaste and mouthwash xx
