Although I can't share a photo I picked ivory and love it. White just wasnt for me. I would try different colours to match your skin tone x

Mines ivory, the shop I went to said they don't even stock white at all, just different shades of cream. Mines only a shade off white though. Go for whatever dress you want :) doesn't matter what colour it is as long as you feel beautiful. I love the champagne or blush dresses though, I wouldn't have minded one of those either if I hadn't found my dress so soon

Mine was champagne! It was what I would have expected ivory to look like but ivory actually looked really white to me (until it was next to a white dress) so this colour was perfect for my skin tone

Don’t be put off from trying on a white dress, as some shops can get the dress in different colours. I personally went for white because not many people go for white. I love how it looks against the storm xxx

Loved mine , it's Ivory with a light gold underneath ....also I didn't want a dress but chose a skirt & strapless corset top ...but as I didn't want bare arms
my tailor added Bardot sleeves .....

Go shopping have a laugh and the dress will find you... white ivory champagne black gold blue... you will love the dress and feel good in it when you go... it's then you'll know the colour.
I wanted champagne or bronze but the colour hated me haha so I'm Ivory too but that's because I don't like ME IN white..

Mine is ivory; white looked a little stark and made me look washed out. But having said that, I still think of ivory as 'white' if that makes sense. I don't think ivory has to be particularly dark.

Mine was white with red around the edges and down the back everyone said how good it looked and I even saved over a grand on the price

My dress was ivory. The one I tried on was oyster. I couldn't tell until they were put together. The material you choose can effect the colour too. Satin shows more colour than some other materials. Although, my friend had a gold tulle dress with ivory lace over the top and it looked gold. Was lovely. Whatever you choose, I'm sure you'll look amazing xxx

I loved the ivory dress, so went with it! The dress was the one, so I didn't care about the colour. Ivory isn't far off white anyway!

hi mine was ivory with lace and sparkling beads on it . it was great i wanted to to wear it all the time . i got my dress from a shop called wedding collection in Beverley East Yorkshire.

I picked white but the shop ordered ivory .. was too late to change it .. and they refused a refund .. i was so worried it would ruin the day . But it didnt .. everyone said it looked great xx

I had an off-white/ivory dress that was described as being 'blush' by the designer but really more creamy coloured (Hudson by Enzoani, with custom tulle shoulders). Loads of people told me not to get a blush or ivory dress because my complexion can be quite pink but I went for it anyway because I LOVED the dress so much. I think it looked okay :)

I chose an ivory dress for my wedding. I did consider red at one point but I found my dress and fell in love. My sister in law had a silver dress and she looked amazing. Don't be afraid to go for a colourful dress as they do look beautiful xx

My very first dress shopping and I realised white just wasn't for me. I fell in love with a deep gold the first day but kept looking and ended with a light gold. Absolute bargain too!

The dress I have picked is ivory and blush with pink with flowers its a Justin Alexander if you type this description on google it will come up as I didn't take a picture of it when I bought it. It is very unusual as I didn't want to look like the typical bride wanted a modern twist.
