Ok so I’ve been entering a lot of these prize draws and won nothing thus far (there are over 700,000 members so I understand the chances are pretty slim) however, scrolling through the pages of winners I have noticed that out of over 700,000 member there is NOT ONE SINGLE couple of colour. I refuse to believe that with that many members AND as a vendor at wedding fairs up and down the country that there are no candidates of such. Should I leave now or...?

There are lots of candidates of colour ... you just need to scroll through all the members. However, there may be no winners but there are lots of reasons that may be ... maybe there are smaller percentage of those members and therefore a smaller percentage of winners. Or perhaps they choose not to be power users which again would mean a lower percentage. If one is going to be fair, is there any way of checking percentage of same sex winners, either both female or both male and whether they might be fairly represented? Or older brides? Or brides with children? BTW, I have also been entering lot of competitions and not won and I am not a person of colour.

I'm sure UK Bride winners are not hand selected. They would be selected by a computer and therefore it could be anyone. It could even be the same person every month. As you said there is over 700,000 members so the chances of winning are slim.

I have never Hurd something so silly!! A computer picks every winner, power users get extra entry’s ( power users pay a monthly fee) that’s what they pay for.
