Theres no right time really! Obviously start saving as much as you can as soon as you can as when you do start booking places you will need to either put a deposit down or pay the full amount if you can.
Venues are the first thing i would suggest to look for then you can set a date around the venue you like. Maybe start looking but book in 2019
some venues only have 2 years worth price list.
