Red velvet, carrot. Maybe a different flavour per tier if you are having tiers
We went for toffee for the bottom and red velvet for the next two teirs up. Your cake maker should offer a taster session with lots of samples so you could choose then. We went in with one idea and came in with it completely changed. BTW, cake tastings are fabulous!
i love red velvet but also salted caramel is delicious
