We are starting to save for the wedding. Do you have a seperate bank acc or savings ? If so which ones?

I have a separate account it went into. Makes it easier to separate what you are trying to save rather than keeping it in the same bank as your wages

We have a separate joint savings account which we tend to use for big things we're saving for....this time round it's a wedding!

I just have a savings account with my regular bank. We both pay into it on pay day and then transfer it to my regular account when buying/paying for wedding things x

We opened a joint account separate to our individual ones x

We have opened a savings joint account so we can pay in fairly and not get it confused with the money in our standard account for our mortgage/house xx

We are using a current account we already had but weren't using much. Now money we get from others and ourselves for the wedding go into the account and any purchases and deposits come out of there. I was wanting one that had cash-back rewards but we struggled and gave up in the end! If you could find an account or credit card with cash back rewards then that would be the best, you'd get money back for spending all that cash!

Separate account in his mums name, we can’t then dip into it and as she lives closer to the venue she can make payments etc x

Been with the Co-Op for years. Have a few accounts with them and we use the savings account for the wedding. We both transfer money into it.
