Hi! It’s just over a year until I get married and I have a wonderful little wedding planner book, one of the tick boxes say to start a health and beauty regime, what sort of regimes and plans did you follow to ensure you looked and felt your very best? Thankyou!

I've just reduced the amount of crap I eat (sweets, junk food, fizzy drinks etc.) and I'm trying not to eat after 7pm. It's not a quick method but it worked for me, I'm losing approximately 1-1.5kg per week, which is alright. I've also joined a gym but I'm too lazy to go!

Drink lots of water, it helps with your skin and get a good nights sleep the night before the big day. Congrats and good luck x

Nothing. If you've been okay in the past what's the point in changing things or trying new things that could make your skin worse.

Thank you all for your answers! I have lost just over 2 stone in the past few years. I’ve been told to stop losing weight or I’ll need my dress altering 😳 but I want my skin to look it’s very best, especially with it being a winter wedding! I would hate to have dry and dull skin! Xxx

I did a running course leading up to the wedding. I went to Estée Lauder and bought a full kit of night stuff. Really good!

Girlies what have you been doing to take care of your hair? Mine is terribly dry on the ends and naturally fine 🤔

Moisturise your hands, face neck and arms every morning and every night. Also use cuticle oil every night x

Eat healthily but in smaller portions , cut out bread ( bloating ) wine ( full of sugar ) , sweets & puddings = Replace with Greek yoghurt & fruits ( natural sugars ) Avoid starving yourself as you will put it straight back on afterwards ... Drink lots of water
Plenty of vegetables , fish & fruit....

I also have very curly hair that can go frizzy & look like straw if not careful = I brought hair vitamins & were brill & made my hair shiny .....

Remember your husband to be loves you just the way you are. There is no need to change anything *just for a wedding* as I am sure you wouldn't want your H2B to change anything about himself just for a wedding.

The question is what do you want to achieve? Not what should you do because it's a box in a book you have bought. I would imagine there's quite a few boxes you won't tick. It's not about your wedding day, it's about your Life! Put the book down and decide if you think you need a change. Remember your h2b wants to marry you the way you are. He wants to see you walk towards him, not someone you've moulded yourself to be because you thought you needed to change. Xxx

Can I just say, I was nosey and looked at your profile picture. I don't think you need to change a single thing! You're stunning! Don't fix what isn't broken! x
