Number 1, try not to stress. I would start by ringing around other venues to first check if they have your date available or a date around then that you could possibly change to and then go view them. With it being next year a lot of places that still have availability will give you a massive discounted rate. That's the only reason we are getting married next year. If it wasn't because of the discount I wouldn't be getting married until 2020.
