I’m getting married March 2019 I’m not getting mine until the January 2019, my bridesmaids weight goes up and down so much.

It depends on your budget and wetter you plan to buy off the shelf or get them made. I would start looking about 9-12 months before your wedding and ask them to send you pictures of styles that they like and think they look good in, then you can get a good idea on what you want and what will keep them all happy so when you go shopping for the dresses it’ll be less stressful and a whole lot more enjoyable

Wait till 2019. As you.say.your sister will change and styles will change too

I would say don't stress about it for now and wait until about 9-12months before, as you said yourself your sister's shape may change but i suppose it doesn't hurt to have a little look around to see what you want, get a few ideas x
