Hi I think wax melts is a very odd choice :)

I am using Yankee Candle sampler called Wedding Day. The picture with the name has white roses (which I am having as centrepieces) and the candle fits perfectly into the favour box.

A friend of mine had the little votive candle of Wedding Day by Yankee Candle for all her female guests. You know your guests, if you think they will prefer the wax melts then get that. I think it sounds unique and original x

Lots of people don’t have wax burners so a lot of the melts would probably go to waste and either get left behind or binned once guests get home. It sounds lovely for people who use melts but that’s probably not a majority of people. x

I think you’d be better off with candles rather than wax melts, lots of people don’t have a burner- I love candles and have them everywhere but have never owned a burner. X

BTW, if you decide on yankee candles have a look on e-bay. I found the samplers for half the price I could anywhere else and they were around £1 each.

I’m having PartyLite tealights for my guests and have bought them all a tealight holder, I’ll be putting their names on the holders so they double up as table settings too c

I make wax melts if anyone’s interested in them! Can provide a list of smells & colours :)

I wouldn't do melts tea lights or candles better as not everyone had a wax burner.

I agree with the others. I wouldn't do wax melts and a lot of people don't have a the burners to put them in. Definitely do tea lights though. That's a nice thought xx

Yankee candle do a wedding day scent which would be fitting to your special day. I’ve heard of a lot of people at weddings that give out candles but not wax melts for favours though, at least people use them :)
