Definitely pop into a couple of travel agents and pick up their brochures for weddings abroad! There are so many different places to choice from and packages that places and the agents offer! But at least it'll give you a starting point on where to look at and what options you have! Good luck.

We chose Lake Garda for our wedding next year, the ladies from LakeGardaWeddings have been amazing... really makes it an easy process! Also a LOT cheaper than a travel agent x

We're getting married in Sorrento Italy October next year. We booked our Wedding through Thomson and they were wonderful, couldn't recommend them enough! Very affordable too, much cheaper than an English wedding. We did look at independent travel agents but they were much more expensive for a very similar service. Hope this helps :) x

Taormina and Sorrento are both beautiful! As long as you don't mind loads of tunnels 😂 I fell inlove with Taormina I actually got a bit emotional walking through their town... amazing 💜💜 I went to Italy on honeymoon. We didn't bother visiting pisa as apparently there's nothing there other than the tower ... And people taking silly pictures next to it! Xx

Try the Grand Hotel Due Golfi they do weddings and have their kwn consultant. Ive been on holiday there n the place is fab xxx

Don't book through TUI (previously Thompson) if there's a problem the weddings team are so unhelpful. My Rhodes venue has stopped doing weddings (not their fault) and Thompson weddings sent me a generic email, two weeks later I emailed and they sent the same email. It took weeks of the shop phoning for confirmation it was cancelled. They wouldn't find venues that were free on my date when everyone booked to be there and then when I decided not to book another venue and risk a date I don't want they said I couldn't have deposit back. Now booked through unforgettable Rhodes weddings, found venues on my date within hours. I would search for a wedding planning company where you want to go and read reviews x x
