So i need honeymoon ideas please, we want to go abroad and somewhere special...

We are doing half and half as my fiance is the same, but are going to hotel that provides water sports so that when we are on the beach holiday he has things to do.
We are flying to San Fran and driving down to LA- stopping on route in different places for 10 days and then heading to Barbados for a week in the sunshine

We’ve got 3 destinations we’ll be going to, 1 will be a beach holiday (as we have only ever explored) and the other 2 will be purely to travel around. We have narrowed it down to a few but New Zealand is a must for me and Japan is a must for my H2B (and me so it’s a win win for me) and the other one will be either : Fiji, Bali, Cook Island anywhere like that.
What about travelling around Italy? Naples was gorgeous (nowhere to sit around and do nothing). Good luck :)

We are going to Mauritius - its a relaxing beach holiday but there is plenty to do. It has lots of water sports, boat trips. We are looking to swim with dolphins and walk with lions.

I'm the same situation as you, i could easily sit around by a pool but he gets so bored easily and likes to do stuff, so would have to do half and half

We did 3 nights New York, 3 nights Vegas and a week in Mexico...a perfect match as my husband is the same but even he was happy to lays are around when we got to Mexico x

We did Sri Lanka and the Maldives, 10 days of activity/travelling/sightseeing and 5 days of a little more relaxed/snorkelling and wind down before coming home

We went to Goa in India. So much to do and see but beautiful beaches and time to relax too! Best of both worlds and very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone x

Cruise

My fiancé has told me Belize. Cheaper than Mexico but just as nice with lots of gorgeous resorts and also ruins and historical trails. If not, maybe LA? Vegas is about 3 hrs drive and Grand Canyon about another 5ish (going by memory so might be a bit more or less). San Francisco also not far and plenty of beaches.

I'm the same we compromised and did a cruise plus a stopover either side of it. Was fantastic. We did US and Caribbean, days at sea meant I got my lazy days and days in port we got to explore 7 different places. Highly recommend. Look around for deals with drinks included too :) x

What about a Multi Centre holiday in Cuba - 3 days in Havanna and then 7 days relaxing at the beach. Lots of water sports and boat trips to keep him occupied.

We went a cruise on the celebrity x ship it was amazing, different place everyday and staying on a luxury ship for 10 days!

We are going to Cyprus as there's lots to see and do but also have the option of lounging on the beach...it's an adults only Tui Sensimar hotel so really nice and a shorter flight than going further afield...didn't want a long haul flight

We're going to book India, the golden triangle tour and a week in goa so we get a bit of both xx

Mexico - Riviera Maya. Plenty to do but amazing beaches and amazing all inclusive

We wanted to go somewhere that we could do a mixture of nothing but relax but also do a lot of sightseeing/adventures. So we are going to San Francisco, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe to do our adventure stuff for the first 2 weeks then we are off to Hawaii for the last week for our relaxing part. We are so excited! X

Mexico riviera maya! My fiancé proposed there. The hotel we stayed in is called sensimar seaside suites, honestly they treat you like a billionaire! It was with TUI. Has 11 restaurants, 5 pools, on the beach, free kayaking and snorkelling, games throughout the day, coconut painting, towel folding, salsa dancing, all free! Plus you can book some amazing excursions xx

A few of my friends have done Mexico (cancun) for their honeymoon and highly recommended it so that is where me and mine are going c

I can never get bored if SE Asia. Plenty of lovely beaches, culture, lovely food and it can be very reasonable! We've done Beijing, Singapore, Indonesia, Bali, Borneo, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar. Happy to recommend if anyone wants more information!

Caribbean cruise. Royal Caribbean Allure of the seas amazing. No chance of getting bored and plenty of chill/sun bathing time for you too 😊

Bali! We went there a couple of years ago and it’s an incredible place! We did every other day, chilling and going out to do stuff! Such a vibrant place with amazing culture, lovely food too!

I am going on a holiday to Croatia next year, not for our honeymoon but you can just lay on the beach or by the pool all day but there is also tons to do there.

Mexico was out of this world awesome plenty to do and rich in history! X

We did Singapore, Lombok and then Seminyak and Ubud in Bali. We had a great mix of city sightseeing, completely relaxing by beaches/pools and some adventure including snorkelling, walking up a volcano for sunrise, white water rafting etc. Would definitely recommend!
