I'm putting little scented tea lights as my favours? Or something personal to each guest, their favourite sweet etc? Just an idea :)

Depending on where you're getting married, could do a sand or soil sample from the location so they get to take a piece of your day away with them. Or flower seeds for them to plant to watch your love blossom and grow. :)

You could put various sweets in them it might create a talking point, I had cola cubes in one, peach ones in another, rhubarb and custard in another etc that way people could swap with each other

You could put small jelly beans or smarties in some and a drink/shot in some and have drink me/eat me labels

We got married in October and did jars of hot chocolate powder and mini marshmallows :)
