It depends on what they like, does your mum, grandma and mother in-law to be like jewellery, flowers, pamper day? does your dad and father in-law to be like a day at the races, alcohol,
We are getting my mum, my H2B's mum and step-mum a bunch of flowers for when we do speeches and will get my dad and my H2B's dad their favourite drink.
But before we will take them all out for a lovely meal.

I think I am going to get my parents something to do- they love going to the theatre so maybe a trip to london with some theatre tickets or something like that. So maybe something like that they enjoy doing

For your parents you could get an engraved ornament with a personal thank you message? For your grandma maybe something like a tea set that has an engraved tea spoon with a message to her on it? Something personal to them :)
