It is genuine. They have one winner every year and it is announced on Valentine's Day. The video from this year went on their Facebook page in Feb and they have since published photos of the wedding.
I’m not sure how legit the competition is since it implies power members have a better chance, I think it’s a way to sustain profit by encouraging people to sign up. Regardless the website itself is useful for quotes and it has some good tools.
