So I’m thinking of donating to charity instead of getting wedding favours. I was looking for something like a pin badge with a message. Has anyone does this and have any feedback on these from guests?
I think it was breast cancer that had a stand at the National Wedding Show and they had the pins. Having worked in the charity sector for too many years this is not my thing but it is a lovely idea to help raise funds.
I thought about doing this and i love the idea, as even if people dont take it home (as they tend to not with favours - the money will still be donated by you) however, we have decided to give the favours a miss, due to budget
Ive been to a wedding where they had these the pins were lovley
Personally I think its a great idea- unless the favours are edible they normally go to waste anyway
Hi, I am having forget me not seeds from cancer research for my guests to plant and grow in memory of my dad and our wedding day. I love the idea of watching them grow as time moves on and our guests will witness that too. Just scatter and water...simple 🏵
