Wedding at 12.....what timings would you go for? When would evening guests...

I’d send invites saying ceremony at 12.00 please arrive 30 minuets prior? Maybe

If ceremony at 12, assuming all at same venue? So 3 ish for meal and 7 maybe for evening?

I’d ask the venue, they’ll be used to the events and timings so can probably help you decide

I would go through it with your venue but if it is all in 1 place I would say 30 mins for the ceremony, 2 hours for photos, 2.5-3 hours for the meal then 30 mins for speeches. Evening guests arriving 6-7 maybe? x

12:00 ceremony
12:30 photos and welcome drinks
2:30 sit down for food
5:00 speeches (you could play some games during this time)
6:00 evening arrivals
6:30 cut the cake
7:00 first dance
8:00 evening food
