Only if you're likely to change shape due to weight change or pregnancy. I lost 10st between dresses and due to the shape change the new dress is the complete opposite to the first.

I get married 12/8/18 and got my dress last November. Tried it on last weekend and still love it and still fits! Depends if you change size often or not I think xx

I bought my dress just a year before I got married. But I think when you know it's the one nothing will ever compare, and you would only be disappointed if you couldn't have it. I still love mine & wish I could have that day over & over again just so I could keep putting it back on.

It depends if you change what you like alot. If you don't then it's not too early but if you buy clothes then a year later think what was I thinking then maybe you should wait

If it's THE ONE get it but I have a friend who got hers loved it to bits..... but went to try it on recently and had gone completely off it... dress shop would take it back but only if she got another from same shop... didn't see anything else she liked... so went to another shop got new one now has 2 dresses.. it's never too early but let's hope u don't change your mind.

I'm getting married in 2020, and I think I've found my dress. I have another appointment next week to try it on again, as well as others, but it's the only dress I have cried in! Plus I'm spacing out the payments monthly so it's not such a big expense xx

I get married August 2019 too and I have bought my dress. When you know, you know. I didnt see the point in continuing the search as I found the one. I had thoughts afterwards whether it was too early but as long as you are happy, thats all that matters! Go for it!

Hi, my wedding was August 19th this year and I bought it in October last year. Not too early at all. Still didn't actually get it until July as it needs to be made etc x
