Hi going shopping for my dress in the next month. I am looking forward to it more now that I have lost a little weight :)

I felt relieved and excited at the same time. I really didn't want to do the 'go round the shops trying dresses on' thing as I absolutely hate clothes shopping and had ordered mine from Debenhams online. When I tried it on it was exactly what I wanted. :)

I felt relived, happy and really pretty. I loved looking for them and it was great finding ‘the dress’. Enjoy every minute of looking x

I tried one on at a wedding show and loved it but it was way too early to buy one for my wedding. When I went shopping I found out that the company went bust so I couldn't have that dress. I did however find one similar but even better but tried on a lot of ones that weren't right first. I still haven't ordered one and will go again, don't feel pressured into buying one until you know it's right

The dress I wanted when I saw it on someone else looked awful on me I'd had my
Heart set on it for a few months but it just did nothing for me. BUT I then tried on another dress & it blew me away it looked amazing in & I just knew that was THE dress!

I found my dress yesterday on my fifth trying on session 🤗 I was sceptical about finding the one as I loved so many dresses, they are all beautiful! But when I put this particular dress on I just felt beautiful and comfortable, bonus!! I cried, and it's not like me to cry over a dress! I think it was relief, happiness and overwhelming emotion that this was the dress I was getting married in ☺
Happy dress hunting, enjoy the experience x

I had a short tea length dress that I was dying to try on. It looked awful!

In contrast another dress I'd seen, and just had to try on, was only available in a size smaller. Despite it not fitting, the moment I put it on I knew I had to have it. I didn't want to take it off, I was actually looking in the mirror, something I hadn't really done with the others

Mine wasn't at all what I expected, the girl brought it out and said just try it on, and when I got in front of the mirrors it was like pleasant surprise, and I kept twirling around in the skirt She said people do that when they're happy! It felt really comfortable, like I could be in it all day (which was the deal breaker for many of the others - I couldn't breathe or they were too heavy!) and it just felt like me You'll know it when you have it on, just try everything! Good luck!

I cried, literally sobbed my heart out. It was just perfect and nothing I had imagined and I feel like a bride in it.

Very excited. Don’t worry if the one you like isn’t it. I loved an Edwardian vintage lace dress. However once I tried it on it just wasn’t me. I tried on lots of different styles and had lots of fun. Then found the one. It looked nothing on the hanger but once it was on it was the dress.

I felt excited , special like a princess , almightily relieved as I had been hunting high & low for a wedding skirt & top that I could reuse again in the future with different coloured tops & bottoms .....& all I kept locating were dresses only .... But Finally cracked it !! ...... And just to make sure I took 2 girlfriends on the 2nd viewing to double check & their WOWS made it so ! ..... Warm wishes for finding yours , love Sarah x

I am going dress shopping next month and I already know what shop I'm going to. I'm obviously excited but I'm also nervous because I know what style etc that I want and I'm scared they won't have what I'm looking for or I won't find anything, I guess that's part of it I'm sure it's super relieving when you find the one you want

You have to keep an open mind when you go! I was so nervous and I had this dress I'd seen that I was completely in love with, but when I tried it on it did not flatter my figure at all. That same day I found the dress that flattered me completely but I also fell in love with it, more than the one I'd seen. Good luck!

I felt very nervous going dress shopping and was relieved when I found my dress on the first shop. Try on a variety of dresses, I used to be a wedding coordinator and I don't know any brides that chose the dress they thought they wanted - I myself am included, I went for almost the opposite of what I thought I wanted.

I felt a bit overwhelmed if I'm honest. It all felt a bit surreal. I knew it was the one as it looked stunning and my mum and auntie cried. My sister frowned at every dress I tried on until this one and her face lit up like the Cheshire Cat. I then went home and worried I'd rushed the decision but when I tried it on again for my accessories appointment I got really excited and remembered why I'd chosen it. I also went to a bridal show a few weeks ago and there were loads of dresses there. I didn't like any of them and then I spotted one that I thought looked gorgeous and realised it was almost identical to my dress with a slight difference. I just made me remember how much I love me dress and confirmed I'd found the one.
