How many do you cater for in the evening? We are sitting down for food at 4:30pm and having a cheese course during the speeches at 6:30pm so assuming not everyone will be hungry, but I don't want to under order!?
In general I think you should cater for at least 75-80% of the guests
I would say 80%. Remember people will be drinking so will need to eat!
