How much are people being quoted for a wedding videographer roughly please?

Nothing, as my friend has a fantastic DSLR camera and he'll be taking photos throughout the day.

Between £1000 and £1400

Most were quite expensive at around £800, I managed to get a student for £300

We've paid £1100 for two people to film bridal and groom prep through to first dance and a bit longer. That includes all footage a highlights video and an hour and a half video of the day all edited etc xx

We got the raw footage plus fully edited video and 9!hours worth of shooting in the day for £750. The video is insanely good. It was the best money we spent on the wedding.
Do your research, watch the videos they produce and budget for it if you can. Pictures are wonderful but actually watching it back is priceless.
I have a friend who had theirs for free by a friend but they have to edit it and if you don't have those skills then it could be a nightmare.

Omg! We've been quoted anything from £850-£2000!!!!!

I think mine was £1800 and that was discounted as it was a weekday wedding.

I am paying £1499 but unfortunately that is probably where I live and one of the cheapest. They are videoing all day thought and will do a separate wedding vows, speeches a 4 minute quick video and a long 25 minute video.

£1500 for mine. All day, 30 second teaser, 20 minute film, ceremony and speeches. plus I paid a bit extra to get a 4 minute film. Beautiful work. Ground Films. Check them out.
