visiting the recommended cater tomorrow. what questions should we be asking and what to expect? x
Ask how they cater for those with dietary requirements? What does the dish come with? How flexible are they willing to be?
Perhaps what % of the guest list they do their prices on. 1 caterer quoted me for 85% of total attendees and other quoted 75%. That will only matter if your having a buffet/bbq tho.
Check whether that VAT price is included within price or on top ? .... Check whether cutlery , China , glasses are included or whether each is individually added on at extra cost ?? Is waitress service part of package or extra added on coatings ????? ......
Are they providing the table wear? Will it cost extra for different colours and styles etc
What equipment/space they need to prepare food. If your venue doesn't have any equipment they need, can they hire stuff in themselves and how much would that cost?
