Hi you should have checked on Mixbridal they have a list of counterfeit sites before ordering :)

Oh no that's awful, I hope you can return it and at least get some money back. Think positively though, it obviously wasn't "the dress" and now you can go try some beautiful dresses on x

I hope you can get your money back. I suggest you check out the page Brides Beware on Facebook as they may be able to offer you advice on how to get your money back if you message them. They also show a lot of websites to avoid. It's always a risk buying online as there are a lot of websites selling counterfeit dresses. They often steal images from designer websites so unfortunately it seems like the website you have used it one of these. I would definitely contact the brides beware group for some advice. Also, in terms of looking for another dress I would suggest looking at outlet stores or wed2b for good deals. I wouldn't risk buying online again. I hope you can get it sorted soon.

You have certain rights of return of on-line purchases in law. Check out their return policy and ensure you keep photos and proof of return. If they do not issue a refund, presuming you paid by credit card or paypay, you can claim refund from either of these. Good luck.

I ordered mine on eBay and yes it came from China, I am well happy with it. Fits like a glove, I haven't had to have any alterations

Hey o ordered mine through amazon qnd it looks bang on the same, made sure i went through the reviews forst and took their advice and ordered a size bigger, which was perfect. I would contact your seller and demamnd a refund or replacement, but do ensure you copy all forms and get proof of posting.

I don't think you can have a genuine idea of how a dress looks or feels unless you go and try it on. I LOVE online shopping but I wouldn't dream of buying something so important online - you need to see it on you, not some airbrushed model. Go shopping, feel different materials, see how different cuts look on you and buy it in store OR find an authorised stockist online. There are too many online horror stories so I wouldn't risk it.

I got mine from a site called devilnight mainly gothic dresses but they do all sorts. Made in China though the shop is uk based. Material of the dress is very great quality and they're very particular with details/measurements to ensure it fits perfectly. Found them through Facebook page and looked at reviews first.
